You should exit the A3 for Ripley and Woking.  Once in the centre of Ripley village (where there are shops on both sides, Turn Sharp-Right into Newark Lane.

The surgery is situated in the right-hand side of Newark Lane, only 150 yards down, - you may turn right into a private lane and park behind the surgery.
